| Job Description : | •Review the server inventory & server access with Owners in six months. •Backup/ DR should be considered while creating the new production server •Mission critical servers to be configure in high availability to avoid single point of failure for new build requests. •Maintain the storage allocation inventory •Maintain the VM inventory •Maintain Backup inventory and review with owner in every six months •Update the application inventory as per update from application team. •End User Asset Management & Physical inventory verification Services. Kyndryl will perform DC/DR/Network Asset Management and support the FG Asset team during PAV of DC/DR components in providing updates on changes to the equipment managed by Kyndryl. On ground PAV activity will be performed by FG End user team. •Provide wall-to-wall inventory of the elements hosted at Customer premises as required •Note: Only Live / Active Inventory has been considered for Monitoring and Management. Standby/ Stock/ Dismantled devices are excluded. •Managed Landscape inventory report Maintain Tape inventory. •Provide wall-to-wall inventory of the elements hosted at Customer premises as required •Keep track of hardware changes performed by vendor and updates the changes with necessary information i.e. serial numbers, make and model •Firewalls will be supported as part of Security Device Management & operations. •Managed Landscape inventory report |
