| Job Description : | Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our technology development team. As an entry-level/graduate software developer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, and maintain innovative software products using modern programming languages and frameworks. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates eager to learn, innovate, and grow within a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with team members to identify and analyze user requirements and product specifications. • Design, develop, test, and deploy new software solutions or features using contemporary programming languages and technology stacks (e.g. Dotnet, Python, Java, JavaScript, cloud platforms, AI toolkits). • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to organization and industry best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve functionality and performance. • Participate in code reviews and adapt to feedback from seniors and peers. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, cloud, security, and modern application development. • Assist in preparing technical documentation and user guides as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field (or pursuing final year). • Good understanding of programming basics (e.g., Dotnet, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++) and willingness to learn new languages and technologies. • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies is preferred. • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. • Passion for learning and eagerness to adopt new tools, frameworks, or platforms.
