| Job Description : | Host Integration LUN creation, deletion and provisioning Snap creation/Deletion/Backup LUN/volume Refresh- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Data Replication and Monitoring Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting MPIO optimization Mock Drill (As per Business requirement) DR Drill (As per Business requirement) Creation and escalation of Service Request for additional technical support with OEM. NFS/CIFS File server management (Quota-Soft Limit, Hard Limit) SAN switch zoning, configuration, ISL and Fabric Management and Troubleshooting. Maintaining and updating the documentation (Capacity planning) Best practices to be implement Incident monitoring Provide data to Audit Patch update Version update as per the guidance provided by the OEM Monthly report Reconfiguration of devices Product troubleshooting / Reconfiguration Coordination with OEM Incident monitoring Provide data to Audit requested report to provide Cloud base services enable Establishes end-to-end visibility for all data. |
