| Job Description : | Job Title: Senior Dotnet Developer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate has a proven record of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions and is ready to take on complex software challenges, mentor junior developers, and participate in architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, and related tools. • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and direction. • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver software aligned to business strategy. • Review, refactor, and enhance legacy codebases for performance, maintainability, and scalability. • Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and adherence to best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns. • Integrate front-end and back-end components, web services, and third-party APIs. • Optimize database queries and designs using SQL Server and Entity Framework. • Implement and oversee automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices as appropriate. • Stay current with emerging .NET technologies, frameworks, cloud services (such as Azure/AWS), and industry trends. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in .NET software development. • Strong expertise with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core. • Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Angular or React is a plus). • Advanced knowledge of database design and MS SQL Server. • Proficiency with source control (Git) and agile software development methodologies. • Strong communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams or mentor other developers. Desirable Skills & Certifications • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSD, MCPD), Azure/AWS experience, or DevOps tools familiarity. • Experience in microservices, containerization (Docker), and API security. • Familiarity with automated deployment pipelines and performance optimization.
