Pune, India | — Softenger (India) Pvt. Ltd. today announced that Fidel Softech Limited (NSE: FIDEL) confirms interest in acquiring 100% stake in Softenger (India) Pvt. Ltd. and its subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai.

Softenger will become part of a publicly listed technology group with a global workforce of 500+ professionals and operations across Japan, India, and the United States.

Fidel Softech at a glance

Fidel Softech’s core strength lies in bridging the gap between advanced technology and human languages, enabling global companies to localize their software products and “go Glocal”. Over more than two decades, Fidel has built deep operational capability for the complex Japanese enterprise market. It provides bilingual IT consulting through engineers fluent in both high-end technology and business Japanese. It also serves as a Japan–India business bridge, helping Japanese companies use offshore technology delivery centres in India.

The Fidel Softech group operates through three specialised subsidiaries:

  • Fidel Technologies KK (Japan) delivers software implementation support for enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP and Automation Anywhere (RPA), tailored to the compliance and language needs of Japanese companies. It runs bilingual L1, L2 and L3 support, connecting Japanese clients with global engineering teams, and offers data science and visualisation services using Python, Tableau and Power BI.
  • LinguaSol Pvt. Ltd. (India), formerly LinguaNext, makes enterprise applications work in local languages. Its solutions localize core banking platforms such as Finacle and TCS B@NCS, translate ERP screens and reports in SAP and Oracle EBS, and power multilingual passbook and kiosk systems. Its zero-code product, Linguify, leads the group’s software localization roadmap.
  • Techvine LLP (USA), based in Princeton, New Jersey, is the group’s onshore technology consulting and advisory arm. It specialises in cloud architecture and migration across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, and digital commerce systems. Its senior architects also act as the US interface for the group’s delivery centres in India.

Softenger in the Fidel group

With Softenger, the Fidel Softech group gains a dedicated IT infrastructure and managed services arm, backed by 27 years of experience running mission-critical environments for enterprises.

Softenger brings proven capability across datacenter operations, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and AIOps, delivered through round-the-clock NOC and SOC operations. This complements Fidel’s strengths in enterprise applications, AI, data and language technology. Together, the group can support clients across the full technology stack, from the applications they run to the infrastructure and security that keep them running.

The combination also opens new avenues for growth. Fidel’s clients in Japan and the US gain access to Softenger’s managed infrastructure and security services. Softenger’s established presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai extends the group’s reach across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The two teams will also work together to bring AI-driven automation to managed services.

Softenger continues to be led by its existing leadership team.
