You’ll manage production infrastructure for enterprise clients — primarily BFSI and healthcare. Day-to-day responsibilities include incident response, change management, capacity planning, and SLA reporting. You’ll be embedded into a governed delivery team operating under ISO 27001:2022 standards.
Monitor and triage enterprise client environments across multiple accounts. You’ll use Nagios, Zabbix, or Grafana to track infrastructure health, escalate incidents, and maintain detailed shift logs. Night shift patterns are included — clearly compensated in your package.
Conduct black-box and grey-box penetration tests on enterprise web applications and network infrastructure. You’ll produce client-grade reports aligned to OWASP Top 10 and CERT-In advisory standards. Exposure to both internal assessments and client-facing engagements.
Analyze alerts from SIEM platforms, investigate potential incidents, and escalate per established runbooks. You’ll work within a structured SOC aligned to CERT-In compliance obligations. Shift-based role with clear escalation paths to L3 and SOC Lead.
Design and execute cloud migrations for enterprise clients across BFSI and manufacturing. You’ll work on infrastructure-as-code, cost optimization (FinOps), and hybrid connectivity. Engagements span AWS and Azure, occasionally multi-cloud. Client-facing exposure from day one.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and automated infrastructure provisioning for enterprise clients. You’ll work across multiple client stacks — tools vary, principles don’t. Strong documentation and runbook discipline expected.
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise business applications — ERP, HRMS, and custom applications — for mid-to-large clients. You’ll manage incidents, coordinate change windows, and build knowledge bases. The role demands structured problem-solving and strong stakeholder communication.
Build and maintain enterprise mobile applications for Android and iOS. You’ll work within structured delivery cycles, contribute to code reviews, and document technical specs. Projects span BFSI client apps and internal enterprise tools.
Own end-to-end technical hiring for infrastructure, cloud, security, and application roles. You’ll partner with delivery managers to understand requirements, source candidates, run structured interviews, and manage offers. Prior IT industry hiring experience is mandatory.
