How to Change Text Size
Adjust text size across your browser or operating system
On most browsers, try holding down Ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel, or hold Ctrl and press – or + to zoom out or in.
Click the “View” menu in the Firefox toolbar.
Select “Zoom” from the dropdown menu.
Choose whether you would like to increase the size (Zoom In) or decrease the size (Zoom Out).
Click the Customise button (spanner icon) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Select the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons next to “Zoom” to increase or decrease text size.
Click the “View” menu in the Internet Explorer toolbar.
Select “Zoom” from the dropdown menu.
Choose whether you would like to increase the size (Zoom In) or decrease the size (Zoom Out).
How to Change Colour Contrast
Adjust contrast at the operating system or browser level
Click “Start”, then open “Control Panel”.
Select the “Accessibility Options” icon, then select the “Display” tab.
Select the “Use High Contrast” checkbox.
Select the “Settings” button to browse different colour contrast options.
Select “System Preferences” from the Apple menu.
Open “Universal Access”.
Select the “Seeing” tab and adjust the “Display” section to your preference.
Click “Tools”, then select “Internet Options”.
From within the “General” tab, click the “Colors” button.
Deselect the “Use Windows colors” checkbox and change the colour by selecting the colour swatch.
Select “Accessibility” within the Internet Options window and select “Ignore colors specified on web pages”.
Click “Tools”, then select “Options”.
From within the “Colors” tab, click the “Colors” button.
Select the proper colours from the colour swatch and untick the checkbox labelled “Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above”.
Click OK to apply your changes.
